This camp is position specific for field players.  We will create functional groups based on what position you choose during registration.  Our goal is to teach each player something that they can do on their own and/or provide an idea of how to play their position better. 

Each camper will get more individual attention than you would at a typical college ID camp.  Groups will range from 1-10 players.  The camp will provide you with a bunch of quality repetitions.  Also, a film session will be provided with current players in that specific position group so you can see how the film and your functional training session correlate.

Last section of camp is 1 on 1 meeting with coaching staff to provide feedback from the camp.

• 9:30 AM – Check in
• 9:45 AM – Positional Film with Caylee
• 10:00 AM – Film with Team (Location TBA)
• 11:00 AM – Training (Location TBA)
• 12:45 PM – Lunch / Camp Feedback

• Sunday October 7 – Home Soccer Game vs. Denver @ Noon
• Sunday October 7 – Home Volleyball Game vs. South Dakota @ 2 PM
