SPRINT CAMP

This camp will cover tested and proven techniques to enhance sprint performance. Race strategies to increase each athlete's ability to become a better sprinter will be discussed. The Coaching staff will introduce and refine the critical components of sprinting (Starts, turns, underwaters, finishes, and the "SPRINT RULES.")

(Elite level only, must be on a year round or HS team)
Time: 8:00am - 4:30pm
