STROKE CAMP
AT THE UNIVERSITY OF DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

This camp will cover stroke specific information for each athletes primary stroke. The Coaching staff will introduce and refine specific drills, techniques, and rules associated with each stroke to enhance performance.

(Elite level only, must be on a year round or HS team)
Time: 8:00am - 4:30pm
