Event Description

Justin Walker Summer Softball Advanced Hitting Camp

Hitters will go through daily drills and exercise that we do at George Mason. We will use live front toss as well as tee work and pitching machines to teach drills and work on hitting.

Grades: Rising 7th - 12th Time: 9:00am - 2:00pm Cost: $150 Lunch will not be provided and needs to be brought by the camper Location: George Mason Softball Field

Schedule
8:30 am - 9:00 am → Check-in
9:00 am - 9:10 am → Bat Cals
9:10 am - 11:25 am → Hitting Drills & Live Hitting on the field
11:30 am - 12:00 pm → Lunch
12:00 pm - 12:15 pm → Stretch
12:15 pm - 1:55 pm → Drills & Games
1:55 pm - 2:00 pm → Wrap Up

Equipment: Camper needs to bring all softball equipment- bat, helmet, glove, cleats, running shoes, water bottle and sunscreen.

*Open to any and all registrants between the ages of 12-18 years of age.
