Summer ID Clinic

Beginning in 2019, we are pleased to introduce our “Two-day ID Clinics,” which will provide prospective student athletes and their families a chance to get to know William & Mary, our Women’s soccer program, and Colonial Williamsburg on a more extensive level. Selecting the right college is an important process in the lives of high school students, and our two-day clinic provides an opportunity for the whole family to have an overnight visit while getting to know our school and surrounding area.

It is a fantastic opportunity to have an up close and personal experience with our Women’s Soccer Program at William and Mary over the course of two days. Players will have the opportunity to be coached by and interact with our entire staff and some of our team members, as they partake in technical training, small sided, functional environments as well as full sided games.

Clinics will begin at approximately 2:00 p.m. and include dynamic warm up, technical training and full sided play. Players will be released to their families for the evening at approximately 5:00 p.m. The clinic will resume the following morning with additional technical and functional training and a small sided tournament with championship match to conclude before lunchtime. This clinic will also potentially allow time for tours and information sessions through the William & Mary Office of Admissions.

8:30-9:45 a.m.	Sunday Check in @ Zable Stadium: Warm up/Technical Training
9:45-11:00 a.m.	Small Sided Tournament
11:00-12:00 p.m.	Panel Presentation/Q&A

Things you should bring for the clinic:

BALL (Required…pumped and good quality please…we do not have them for you)
Cleats
Running/walking shoes
Shin guards
Water Bottle
Rain Gear

There's always a chance of a storm in Williamsburg. We do not have a rain site but will work around it (we hope).

We will not be giving evaluations to players on Sunday. You will get written feedback from us in the few weeks after the clinic. We will address this on Sunday. If you have any questions, please contact us!
