Bring your own gear: helmet, mouthpiece, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, cleats, water bottle AND Practice Pinnie.

9:00 AM - Coaches Introdcutions/Warm-Ups

9:15 AM - Stick Work by Age Group

9:25 AM - Positional Stations: 3 10 minute Stations

9:55 AM - Water Break

10:00 AM - Small Sided/Half Field Drills

10:55 AM - Water Break

11:00 AM - Scrimmages/Competition Drills by Age Group

12:00 PM - Field Clean-Up
