Open to: Grades 7th - 12th Anyone interested in participating in cross country/track & field. Time: 8:30am - 4:30pm Cost: $85 per Registrant An MMU Track & Field t-shirt and lunch will be provided to all participants. |

What to Bring/Wear: Running shoes, Track Spikes, Running shorts, Water Bottle, Snacks
Location: Ruth Donohoe First Dakota Fieldhouse (westside of campus) @ Mount Marty University, 1105 W. 8th Street, Yankton, SD 57078

- 8:30 am. Arrive to Camp & Check-in/Registe
- 9:00 am. Intro. Activity
- 9:30 am. Classroom Learning Session
- 10:15 am. Track & Field Workout Session
- 11:45 am. Lunch and Fellowship
- 1:00 pm. Tour of Campus
- 1:45 pm. Classroom Learning Session
- 2:30 pm. Track & Field Workout Session
- 4:00 pm. Q & A Panel
- 4:15 pm. Camp Picture & Closing Activities
- 4:30 pm. Depart Camp
