Event Description
Marymount University Girls Lacrosse
Lacrosse Day Camp
The focus for the camp is to to build on the skills from the spring season and to help each camper improve their game. The camp is a skills and drills format and will be broken down by age groups according to US Lacrosse standards. Our goal is to create a playing and training environment that is FUN and challenging. Players are encouraged to take risks and get out of their comfort zone. In addition to the technical and tactical instruction our campers will receive, they will also participate in leadership and team building exercises to promote self-esteem, confidence, and communication. We expect our campers to depart with an improved level of technique, new skills, and a passion for the game!
