2025 Summer Work Outs
During the Speed Sessions, athletes will go through a variety of training to develop proper running mechanics, linear and lateral speed, and explosive power. During the Strength Sessions, athletes will develop proper lifting technique and form to develop athletic strength and core stability. By placing an emphasis on these variables, athletes will put themselves into position to be more successful within their respective sports and aid in building our school culture alongside their peers.The purpose of this training will challenge the athletes physically as well as mentally.
Athletes who participate in more than half of the workouts, will receive a free t-shirt!
