Get ready for a high-energy, hands-on introduction to flag football! This FREE NFL FLAG Football Clinic is brought to you by National PAL in partnership with Howell PAL and NFL FLAG/RCX Sports — working together to connect kids, cops, and communities through positive youth development.

This clinic is open to middle school youth of all skill levels and focuses on: Excellence in fundamentals – passing, catching, running routes, teamwork NFL-inspired drills led by experienced coaches, mentors, & volunteers Sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect to build character on and off the field
