2026 HIGH PERFORMANCE CAMP

The UW-La Crosse Eagle Gymnastics Camp is for female gymnasts ages 15 to 20. This camp allows you to have fun and experience the instruction that you need to improve your gymnastics. Our camp is a high performance camp designed for level 9 & 10 Gymnasts. 

Gymnasts will have the opportunity to train in our gymnastics only facility in Cartwright Center. It is the largest Division III gymnastics facility in the WIAC and has outstanding equipment which meets NCAA standards. It is the home to 24 WIAC Conference Championships and 18 National Titles (including 2025 Champions) for Eagle gymnasts. The gym is equipped with a spring floor, tumbl-trac, tumbl-trac single bar, four elite balance beams, two LZT vaults, resi pit for all four events, a channel bar system, and trampoline.

COST DETAILS: The resident camp fee covers lodging, meals, educational materials, facility fees and a camp T-shirt and insurance.
The commuter fee includes noon and evening meals, educational materials, a camp T-shirt, and insurance.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Overnight campers will reside in a campus residence hall. The residence hall has a secured entrance and the campers are monitored by the residence hall directors, assistants, and by our camp staff.  Rooms are double occupancy only.

DAY 1: June 22nd
→ 4:00pm - 5:15pm | Check-In at Eagle Hall
→ 5:15pm | Meet in Eagle Hall Lobby. Walk to Student Union for Dinner .
→ 5:30pm - 6:30pm | Dinner
→ 6:45pm - 8:45pm | First Practice
→ 6:45pm - 7:15pm | Warmup/Intros and Stretch
25 minutes on each event – basics and getting used to the equipment!
→ 9:00pm - 10:00pm | Hangout at Eagle Hall (Commuters can be picked up from gym at 8:45pm)

DAY 2: June 23rd
→ 8:00am | Wake Up
→ 8:15am - 8:45am | Breakfast at Student Union (French toast sticks, bacon, scrambled eggs)
→ 8:45am | Walk to Cartwright
→ 9:00am | Report to Cartwright
→ 9:00am - 9:30am | Warmup and Stretch/Mental Performance Message!
→ 9:30am - 12:30pm | 4 Rotations (45min each)
→ 12:30pm - 1:00pm | Lunch Outside of Union (Chicken tenders, fries, vegetable)
→ 1:00pm - 3:00pm | Pool Time ($4) or Granddad’s Bluff Viewpoint (free)
→ 3:15pm - 5:00pm | Practice (2 Rotations – 45 min each)
→ 5:30pm - 6:30pm | Free Time / Dinner (Stir Fry Buffet)
→ 7:00pm - 7:45pm | UWL Gymnast Panel Q & A at the Gym (Commuters can be picked up from Cartwright Gym at 7:45pm)
→ 8:00pm | Hangout in the Dorms

DAY 3: June 24th
→ 8:15am - 8:45am | Breakfast at Student Union (Breakfast sandwich, seasoned potato cubes)
→ 8:45am | Walk to Cartwright
→ 9:00am - 9:20am | Group Photo with your Camp T-Shirt and Camp Dance
→ 9:20am - 9:30am | Warm-Up and Stretch
→ 9:30am - 11:30am | 30 minutes on each event – work on your goals!
→ 11:30am - 12:00pm | Return to Residence Hall to Pack Up Campers’ Stuff. Parents can meet at the Dorms.
