SPRING AAU TOURNAMENTS

As part of our Spring Basketball Program at WGV, we are offering an opportunity for more experienced players to play in several tournaments throughout the Spring against other experienced teams in the surrounding area. If you have questions whether you should register for the WGV Spring League or the Tournament teams at WGV, please contact me at darwinzook@abovebasketball.com

** IF YOUR CHILD HAS PLAYED IN THE ABOVE BASKETBALL PROGRAM IN A PREVIOUS SPRING TOURNAMENT SEASON, YOU MAY SIGN UP WITHOUT THE EMAIL APPROVAL*

New participants without approval will be issued an immediate refund. All refunds are subject to a card processing fee

We want all players to be challenged, but face appropriate competition, relative to their basketball experience level. Please see the practice times and tournament dates listed below. Cost is higher than regular Spring league due to the season being 3 weeks longer and having 15 total games, instead of 7.

PRACTICES

• First Practice is Saturday, March 7th
• Two practices per week until games start
• Grades 3rd-10th grade.
• Practices will be on Monday or Wednesday and also on Saturday. When games start, the Saturday practice will be replaced with games. Exact practice times will be determined when teams are made after the first practice.

GAMES:

Teams will play in 6 weekend tournaments within the surrounding area:

• March 27th - 29th
• April 17th - 19th
• May 1st - 3rd
• May 15th - 17th
• June 5th - 7th
• June 12th - 14th
