RMS Cross Country Camp
All participants will learn about the basics of distance running, training concepts, the importance of nutrition, and the value of weight and core training for distance running. The basis of our instruction is consistency through a TEAM concept to achieve personal bests and have fun! All ability levels are welcome and encouraged to participate. This is a lifelong, rewarding, and healthy activity for kids of all ability levels. All participants will receive a camp T-shirt. *Please note camp will not be held on June 29th - July 5th Due to IHSA No Contact Week and July 4th Holiday!

What to bring:
- Running shoes
- Water bottle
- Watch with a stopwatch (optional)
