Event Description
Junior Titan Athletic Development Camp
This is a eight week athletic development camp. There will be three major areas of focus for this camp. Speed training skills and drills, strength training technique, and supplemental training methods including medicine ball drills, resistance band drills and plyometric drills.

What to bring: athletic attire
Additional Information: There will be 24 total sessions. There will NOT be any sessions the week of July 4th. Parents will be responsible for dropping off and picking up their kids. They can be dropped off at the south doors of the school.
