This is the second annual South Dakota State University Winter Instructional Hitting League. The goal of this league is to provide an opportunity for each hitter to improve their bat speed and overall offensive ability. Improving your offensive ability is a process; the objective of this league is for hitters to utilize the drills given to them on the instructional days. During the first instructional day, we will acquire the exit velocity of every hitter off the tee. This will provide a baseline starting point of where each hitters bat speed is. During the last day of instruction, we will measure the hitters exit velocity again. Video will also be included.

Schedule:

• November 18th: 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
• December 2nd: 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
• December 9th: 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.
• December 16th: 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.

Location: Sanford-Jackrabbit Athletic Complex, located on the Northeast Corner of South Dakota State University Campus

What To Bring: bat, batting gloves, baseball pants, helmet, and shoes.

Note: If a camper will require any accommodations due to special needs, we ask that you notify us via e-mail or in writing of those needs a minimum of two weeks prior to the camp start date so we can make the accommodations.
