Mule Baseball Skills Academy: Session 1

Colby College is offering a Summer Skills Academy that is an exceptional opportunity for any and all baseball players to get instruction from the Colby Baseball coaching staff. The camp will take place at the Jack Coombs Baseball Complex. Members of the Colby Baseball staff will be present and instructing at all times throughout the academy. The participants will be instructed in all phases of becoming a better offensive and defensive baseball player. The clinic will offer personal and group instruction. Attention is given to gaining a better understanding of how to become a better offensive and defensive contributor to each individual’s team. The Colby Baseball staff will use different methods of instruction, including but not limited to video, diagrams, and demonstration.

Ages: 13-17
Check-In: 4:00pm each day
Clinic Ends: 6:00pm each day

Cost: $75 per Camper
**Includes Colby Baseball T-Shirt**

Proposed Camp Time: Each day will start check-in at 4:00pm Camp will end each day at 6:00pm. Please contact Coach Tad Skelley for additional information if a different pickup time is needed. Check-in and camp will be held at the Jack Coombs Baseball Complex.

Site & Facility: The camp will be held on the campus of Colby College, located 20 miles north of Maine’s capital, Augusta. Check-in and camp will be held at the Jack Coombs Baseball Complex. Address: 245 Mayflower Hill, Waterville, ME 04901.

Additional Information: Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis until all positions are filled. Please note that it is extremely important to provide a valid email address, as our confirmation and all communication will be sent via email. Medical Release Forms must be completed online. *After receipt of application, no refunds will be given.

General Information: Each camper must bring their own baseball equipment. Players will need their own bat, glove, batting gloves, turfs, and catchers must bring their own gear. If you have any questions concerning camp, please contact Assistant Coach, Tad Skelley, at tskelley@colby.edu.
