2019 Colby Baseball Fall Prospect Camp

Colby College is offering a Fall Prospect Camp that is an excellent opportunity for any and all players to be instructed by the Colby College Baseball staff. Members of the Coaching staff will be present and instructing at all times throughout the camp. The participants will be instructed in all phases of the game, including hitting, defense, pitching, and base running. This Camp will offer personal and group instruction. Evaluation will be given for Colby Baseball Recruiting purposes. Attention is given to proper instruction and drills to enhance the skill level of each individual. All campers will receive a Colby Baseball t-shirt.

Camp Ends: 4:00pm

Cost: $150 per Camper

Proposed Camp Time: The camp will start check-in at 8:45am at Jack Coombs Park. The length of the camp will depend on the total number of campers. The Colby Baseball coaching staff estimates the camp will end no later than 4:00pm.

Site & Facility: The camp will be held on the campus of Colby College, located 20 miles north of Maine’s capital, Augusta. The camp will take place at Jack Coombs Park and Colby’s indoor hitting facility located next to Jack Coombs Park.  Our indoor hitting facility has four batting cages and state of the art pitching machines.

Additional Information: Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis until all positions are filled. Please note that it is extremely important to provide a valid email address, as our confirmation and all communication will be sent via email. Medical Release Forms must be completed online. *After receipt of application, no refunds will be given.

General Information: Each camper must bring their own baseball equipment. Players will need their own bat, glove, batting gloves, molded spikes, turfs, and catchers must bring their own gear.
