Event Description

 

TEXAS TECH TEAM CAMP | 2019

Team Camp will be held at Texas Tech University and Lubbock High School. The camp will provide competitive experience and all games will be officiated by experienced referees. Each team must have an adult coach with them at all times and must provide their own transportation to and from games. Each team must have a representative available to keep score during games. Texas Tech will provide a clock person for each court.

DORM CHECK-IN @ WALL HALL : 10AM-1:30PM
COMMUTER CHECK-IN @ United Supermarkets Arena – 1:30-2:30PM
ALL TEAMS MUST BE ON THE MAIN COURT OF THE USA AT 2:30PM TO REVIEW TOURNAMENT RULES.

  JUNE 28TH - 30th, 2019
 Boys Entering Grades: 9th - 12th (Varsity, JV, FR)
Overnight Team Players: $150 (Meals are not included)
Day Team Players: $100 (Meals are not included)
  • Every team will get at least 6 games, which includes the tournament on Sunday
  • Coaches must mail in a $200 check or money order payable to Chris Beard Basketbal LLC. Once the payment is received you will be notified to register your team online.
  • Once $200 payment is received - Coaches Register Teams and then advise your players to register Online.
  • Players Register After your coach has registered your team Online.
  • Team staying in the DORM:
    DORM ROOMING LIST IS DUE BY JUNE 20th.  A $10 fee per person, including the coaches, will be applied to Teams who miss the June 20th deadline.
    Teams who register between 6/21-6/29 and stay in the dorms, cost will increase to $160 per camper.

  • Overnight Team - Players Pay Separately Online
  • Commuter Team - Players Pay Separately Online
  • -OR-
  • Overnight Team - Coach pays by check or cash for all players at Camp
  • Commuter Team - Coach pays by check or cash for all players at Camp

WHAT TO BRING: Please avoid bringing valuables, as Texas Tech University and/or 4 to 1, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Snacks, drinks and sporting goods will be available for purchase at the camp store.
  • Refunds will only be given if written notification is provided by a doctor prior to the first day of camp. No refunds will be given if a child is withdrawn after this time or leaves while camp is in progress. Processing fee will be withheld from your refund amount.
  • Team staying in the DORM:

  • Lubbock High School will also be used as a location for the camp.
  • PARKING:

    All cars parking for more than 15 minutes on FRIDAY before 5:30PM must register with TTU Parking through the link below and pay the $3.00 fee.  Your LICENSE PLATE will be registered with TTU and no paper permit will be provided.  Parking on Friday after 5:30PM, Saturday and Sunday is free.  See attached maps for various parking locations. Chris Beard Basketball is not responsible for any parking tickets received during camp.  Please forward this parking information to any parents/fans attending games on Friday.  Again, parking on Friday after 5:30PM, Saturday and Sunday is free.
