Event Description

M-410 - Faciliatative Instructor

 

This training course is designed to help students become effective facilitative instructors. The purpose of this course is to improve training delivery and quality by presenting instructional methods with an emphasis on student-oriented adult training techniques. This course is designed for students to meet NWCG instructor qualifications.

Objective

  • Demonstrate effective facilitative instructor skills while giving three classroom presentations.
Faciliatative Instructor | Cost: $175

All classes on Monday May 13th will begin at 0900 (CT).


On all other days, classes will begin at 0800 (CT).

Classes are scheduled to end each day by 1700 (CT).

Target Group
Personnel who will be instructing NWCG courses.

Minimum Instructor Qualifications
Lead instructor must have taught or observed all units of this specific course and have the knowledge to assume a substitution role as a Unit Instructor. Unit instructors must be experienced in the lesson content they are presenting and must have been previous students in this or an equivalent course. See NWCG Instructor Certification at the beginning of this Guide.
