Intensive Camp
The sport of wrestling is challenging and so is this camp! Come push yourself to the next level, and learn how the elite cadet-wrestlers train. Each day will start with a challenging cardio workout followed by multiple workouts on the mat. You will complete the same workouts the camp staff uses to prepare their NCAA Division I cadet athletes. Prepare to bring the intesity!
The intensive camp is designed for high school aged wrestlers. It is open to any and all in grades 9 through 12.

Location: Virginia Military Institute, Cormack Hall, 541 N. Main St., Lexington, VA 24450
Athletes will be housed in a local hotel and the cost of the room is built into camp. Transportation will be provided each morning/evening by the camp staff. Roommates will be assigned according to requests, otherwise will be assigned at check-in. Post dining facility, Crozet Hall will provide all meals through camp.
