Advanced Strength and Performance Camp
This session is designed for experienced level lifters. These athletes should have already been in a Strength and Performance session.
This is an advanced level session that builds on techniques and training methods introduced in the Strength and Performance session. Students will establish personal goals and be expected to demonstrate an improved level of muscular strength, endurance, explosive power, agility and flexibility.
COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE
- We will be prepared to start on time.
- We will have proper clothing each day.
- We will jog from spot to spot in the weight room.
- We will be active for the entire session.
- We will keep the weight room clean at all times.
- We will be coachable
- We will display positive attitudes each day.
- We understand that using this weight room is a privilege not a right
- We will “WIN TODAY”
- We will Trust the plan.
June 4th-27th | July 9th-25th | Tuesday - Thursday Dead period is June 28th - July 8th |

Location: Lee's Summit High School - Tiger Training Facility
Female athletes will condition from 7:45 AM - 8:45 AM
Male athletes conditioning will be up to the individual sport coaches from 7:45 AM - 8:45 AM
