- 9:00am-12:00pm - Positional Training
- 12:00pm-12:45pm - Lunch (NOT PROVIDED!)
- 12:45pm-1:15pm - Tour of Athletic Facilities (Optional)
- 1:15pm-3:00pm - Competitive Drills
