Track Camps

This is a camp for all levels of track and field from beginner to experienced. All field events and track events will be covered including hurdles, pole vault, high jump, long and triple jump, modified javelin, shot put, discus and sprints. Opportunity for open summer competition meets is available. Campers will learn techniques and can practice specific events based on interest. Proper warmup and drills will be included.  Please register by June 7th to ensure a tshirt. Tshirt sizes are Youth X-Small thru Adult X-Large.
