Players will receive high level instruction and specific feedback. Skills to be covered include: Serving, Passing, Attacking, Blocking, Individual and Team Defense, & Setting. All positions and skills will be covered with an emphasis on good fundamental techniques and developing an intentional and aggressive mindset. You will become a better player!
