Fundamental Baseball School: The purpose of this camp is to assist young players in improving their baseball skills and developing proper playing habits. Program emphasis will be on individual skills, fundamentals and beginning team strategy. Areas covered will include outfield play, infield play, pitching, catching, base running, hitting and throwing. The companionship of other players and the learning of sportsmanship and related athletic values are additional benefits. Each day will include drills to help players correct faults and learn the proper techniques to develop their skills. A setting of learning and having fun will be the coaches focus for the week. All campers will receive a camp T-Shirt.
Baseball Game Camp: The skills learned in the Fundamental Baseball School will be put into game situations. Each team will have 10 players and will play together and be coached by the same coach all week. Each camper will be given a Major League Baseball T-Shirt representing the team he is playing for. Teams will play a total of 8 games throughout the week (two games a day).
