Girls Volleyball Camps

Conditioning Camp

Date: June 11th - July 25th (No camp July 2-4)
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Grades: 6 - 12 (Girls)
Time: 8:30am - 9:30am
Location: OHS Weightroom and Fieldhouse
Cost: $100 (T-shirt included)

Conditioning Camp

Athletes will focus on speed, power, strength, core stability, flexibility, joint stability, conditioning, and nutrition as they work on proper movement, mechanics to safely and effectively improve on-court performance. Campers will use the weight room, track and volleyball court for training. This camp is geared to assist participants preparation for the upcoming school season.

High School Camp Registrants:
All high school camp registrants (9-12 grade) MUST be attending the High School they are registering for in the fall of 2019 per IHSA Rules. (i.e. OE students can NOT register at OHS and Benet students can NOT register at OHS or OEHS)
