2019 Speed and Skill Sunday Wrestling School

Speed and Skill Sunday's was kicked off on June 16th with the NNW Combine. This gave us a chance to meet all of the wrestlers and test them through numerous speed, power and strength movements. The NNW combine will provided us with information to split our Sunday group based on age, weight and ability level. For athlete’s who were unable to attend the combine but still wish to enrollee in the Speed & Skill Sunday Program please contact Coach Saatzer - nnwcamps@gamil.com

We will kick off our first Speed and Skill’s Sunday, June 23rd where we will focus on training and educating wrestlers to be more fundamentally sound athletes. Practices will be broken up; the first half of practice we will be focusing on speed, agility, and strength training, and the second half the athletes will be cycled through technique and drilling. Competition through games and live wrestling sets that foundation of this program so the athletes can show off their athletic and tactical improvement on and off that mat.
