Event Description

Track & Field Camps

Our goal here is to train the body to rapidly and efficiently accelerate, decelerate and re-accelerate during sports or activities. This can be achieved through linear, lateral and crossover movements.

Camp will be instructed by Certified Speed and Agility Coach Danny Donaldson and Coach Jim Loyet
Will focus on : acceleration, max velocity speed, multi directional speed, 1st step quickness, hand eye coordination and more!

June 17th, 19th & 21st

Grades: K-12th (Girls & Boys)
Times: 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM
Cost: $30 per Player
$50 when registering for both camps

Location: Belleville East HS (football turf/track)
