Beginner Session: Cost $50.00 (Min. Age 4) – less than 2 years to no experience | Wrestlers will be instructed on basic technique including stance, takedowns, in the neutral position, breakdowns and escapes in the referee’s position.

Advanced Session:  Cost $70.00 (Max. Age 15) – more than 2 years’ experience | Wrestlers will be instructed on advanced technique including multiple finishes to takedowns in the neutral position, advanced escapes from the bottom position and advanced breakdowns and pinning combos from the top position.
