Event Description

2019 Skating, Skills & Small Games Camp

The camp will focus on teaching the fundamentals of hockey. There will be (2) hour and half ice sessions per day. The morning will consist of skating fundamentals and individual puck skills. A large portion will be enjoyable small games. The afternoon sessions will touch on more skating and skills and then we will incorporate those skills with competitive small games. In between ice sessions there will be an off ice hockey training time slot and also  supervised enjoyable recreational activities (one day will be rock climbing). The camp will begin on Monday, and end on Thursday. The camp will conclude Thursday evening with a game.

Cost: $325 per Camper (Includes Lunch & Camp T-Shirt)
Goalies FREE! (Lunch & Camp T-Shirt Costs $100)

A  $25 service charge will be withheld on all refunds ~ Reserve a spot quickly as there are limited spaces available!

Camp Details
This camp will focus on improving important skills for young players to improve their game. Each session will incorporate small games designed to challenge players to read and respond quickly under pressure, to think, see the ice better, compete for loose pucks, while at the same time have a great deal of fun playing the greatest game on the planet.

 3:30 PM - 4:45 PM  Ice Time
 5:00 PM  Pick-up

Campers must provide their own  equipment & jersey.

The Staff
The remainder of the staff consists of St. Cloud State University coaches. St. Cloud State players will serve as camp counselors.

An athletic trainer will be available at all times.

All campers must carry their own insurance. SCSU will not be responsible for injuries sustained at camp.
