Football QB Development Camp / OL Technique Camp

QB CAMP: The Eastern QB Development Camp is designed for young men who are SERIOUS about competing at the quarterback position.  This is a clinic for QB’s entering grades 7 - 12.  Time spent during the three days of our camp will place major emphasis on many of the mechanics associated with successful quarterback play.  Each individual will be exposed to numerous drills that emphasize footwork and proper arm action involved in passing the football.  In addition, each player will be filmed, critiqued, and then evaluated by the coaching staff during a daily film study session. 

OL Camp:
Session I- Footwork
Dynamic Warm-Up, Stance, 1st step, 2nd step, Bird-Dog Drills, Get-Offs, Half Line Schemes [trap, T-trap, tag, x,]

Session II- Footwork and Blocking Technique
Dynamic Warm-Up, Shoulder Skills, Gap Blocks, Double / Combo Blocks, Pulls, Half Line Schemes [down, sweep]

Session III- Pass protection
Dynamic Warm-Up, Pass Block Technique, Quick Protection, Sprint Protection, PA protection, Half Line Schemes
