Winning Edge Strength and Conditioning
Middle School (All Athletes)
Introduction to general and sport specific programming, weight room time, conditioning, speed, and integrating through the daily stations, as well as the training week. Middle School Summer Strength & Performance will introduce and build our athletes through strength performance to help them succeed athletically during the Winning Edge Summer Performance Camp. • 18 total sessions
