Are you ready to improve your field hockey skills? This camp focuses on individual skill growth, speed and agility training and team building. We aim to provide athletes with the direction and support they need to reach their full potential with a variety of drills, games and activities. This 5 day camp at Saint Joseph's College on Sebago Lake will offer coaching from the Saint Joseph's Filed Hockey Coaches and players. Lunch will be provided with some time built in to spend in the lake! We are eager to host you on our campus and show you the ins and outs what it take to win a championship. See you in July!
