Bill Montigel Golf Camps

TCU Experience Golf Camp
Ages: 12 - 18 (Max 32 campers)
Time: 7:45 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Location: Drop off at TCU and Pick Up at Rockwood Golf Course

Cost: $225
August 16th, 2019

Who is Eligible:
Any young man between 12 and 18 is eligible to attend the camp. Please call the TCU Assistant Golf Coach, Adrien Mork, if you have any further questions, at 817-727-2767.

Camp Size Limits:
Camps size will be limited to the first 32 boys applicants, so please register today to reserve a spot. Campers will be organized by age and ability for more effective instruction.

Health & Safety:
Full time coaches and an Atletic Trainer will be available to help ensure the safety of each student during the camp.

Tuition:
$225 covers all supervision and instruction from TCU Coaches, transportation to the Golf Course, range balls, green fees, gifts, lunches and drinks expenses.

Arrival & Departure:
Registration and drop off will be from 7:30am to 7:45am at TCU Schollmaier Arena (Basketball Arena) and pick up will be approximately at 6:00pm at Rockwood Golf Course in Fort Worth.

Clothing & Equipment:
You will be required to bring the following:  golf attire, sun screen lotion, golf bag, golf balls, and clubs.

Lunch and transportation:
Lunch and transportation will be provided.

NCAA Guidelines:
NCAA Guidelines prohibit payment of camp expenses (transportation, camp tuition, spending money, etc.) by representatives of any University athletic interests. NCAA rules also prohibit free or reduced camp admission for prospects (ninth grade or above).  If you have any questions, please notify officials prior to camp.

All camps are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender) after the camp eligibility.

Insurance & Medical:
Accident / Medical coverage for the camp will be provided on an excess of secondary basis. This means that all claims for medical expenses as a result of injuries incurred during camp MUST be sent to the injured child's parent for filing with their insurance carrier. The camp policy will pay for those expenses not paid for under the parent's coverage or if the parent does not have coverage, subject to exclusions. A doctor is on call, and hospital and student medical facilities are readily accessible. A physician statement form will be sent to you along with confirmation of your registration. The completed form MUST BE presented upon arrival at camp or you can send in before camp via email or fax. Every effort will be made to protect the health and safety of our campers. The camp assumes no responsibility for accidents or illness.

Refund Policy: 
We will refund your entire camp fee minus a cancellation fee of $50 until August 1st, 2019. After August 1st, 2019 no refunds will be available. No partial refunds will be given to any request made after camp begins.

These activities are not sponsored by, nor do any fees paid accrue to the benefit of TCU, none of which assumes any responsibility for injury or damages to person or property arising out of any occurrence during this activity.
