Francis Howell North High School Camps
2019 Jr. Knights Camp
Camp will be conducted by the Howell North coaching staff (Coaches Brown, Fowler, Dillon, Gonzalez and Howard). We will be covering a variety of areas and new techniques including:
- Takedowns-setups and finishes
- Leg wrestling/ pinning
- Upper body takedowns/throws
