Event Description

2019 Powerboat Camps

Castle Harbor Powerboat School offers the best hands-on training for new boaters. We at CHBS know that childhood experiences often stay with people their entire lives and this is especially true with boating. We combine the US Powerboating educational system with our fleet of modern outboard boats to give students the proper skills and knowledge to safely operate a powerboat in familiar waters. Our fun-filled atmosphere is designed to teach sportsmanship, self confidence and team work. Students will meet the official Florida Boat Smart requirements for powerboat operation. Come have fun learning how to power boat in the US Sailing Center in Coconut Grove with direct access to the pristine Biscayne Bay waters.

Due to severe damage to our marina caused by Hurricane Irma and the inability to get answers about the finish date of repairs, we may have to relocate the camps to Coconut Grove this year. We will know more about this on or about May 1, 2019.
