Alma College Cheer Recruitment Combine

October 27th, 2019
Grades: 9th - 12th
Time: 12:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Cost: $35 for registrations received before Oct. 5th;
$50 thereafter

Location: Art Smith Arena

This event will bring together college coaches across Michigan and out-of-state to recruit potential athletes for their college cheer teams. Athletes in grades 9-12 should plan to bring a “cheer resume” to distribute to colleges in which they are interested. This should only be one page and include:

  • A current picture
  • Full name
  • E-mail address
  • Cell phone number
  • High school/all star gym
  • Current grade in school
  • Current cumulative GPA
  • ACT and/or SAT score
  • All mastered gymnastics skills
  • Stunting position
  • Stunting experience
  • Other notable accomplishments/academic achievements/athletic awards


You may register and submit your recruitment clinic fee online. The registration fee covers admission into the clinic and access to multiple college coaches who are interested in recruiting athletes for their teams.

2:15 - 3:00 p.m. Skill Showcase #2 - Running Tumbling
3:00 - 3:45 p.m. Mass Stunting (Co-Ed and All-Girl)
3:45 - 4:00 p.m. College Q&A Session
4:00 - 5:00 p.m. College Displays/All Mats Open for Individual Skill Evaluation
