2019 FALL SKILLS WORKOUTS

September 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 17, 19, 22, 24, 26 |

GRADES: 4th - 12th, Boys & Girls
TIME: 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM COST: $185.00 per Player |
Ten (10) 90:00 minute sessions that will incorporate both skill development and shooting. The first 45 minutes will be devoted to developing essential skills such as; but not limited to; ball handling, finishing, pivots, passing, screening/cutting, and basic offensive actions. The remaining time in each session will serve as a SHOOTING Session where the primary focus will be developing your SHOT. . You can attend as many nights as you choose – the fee is set at $185.00 regardless of the sessions you attend. The Fall Skill Workout Sessions have sold out the past 13 fall sessions. WHAT TO BRING: Please bring a basketball to each workout session.
