Women's Rugby Recruitment Camp

Join us for a "day in the life of a student athlete". We will train in the morning and then have a chance to go to the ARC and tour the school. We will then do lunch on campus together, go to the gym, meet our AT and then have a final rugby skill session before heading home.

Girls Grades: 9th - 12th
Time: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Cost: $50

3:00pm - 3:30pm	Snack and college athlete nutrition meeting
3:45pm-4:00pm	Activations and warm up
4:00pm - 6:00pm	Training Session
