Event Description
AMF Hitting Program
The “Adios My Friend” (AMF) Hitting Program is individualized for each player. Hitters will receive a detailed video analysis of the player’s swing mechanics compared to an elite hitter’s swing. Then a monthly training plan will be tailored specifically to address players flaws and improve their overall hitting performance. Hitters will use the plan with drills to guide them during their individual practice. Additionally, hitters will meet face-to-face for 30-minutes every other week for private hitting instruction.
