2020 Tryout Registration

The 2020 PLW tryouts are set.  Register and pay for tryouts at the registration link below . Tryout fee is $60 beginning October 1, 2019, and continuing through October 25, 2019.  Beginning October 26, 2019, tryout fees will increase to $75 and will continue through November 2nd, 2019. Online registration will close on October 31st for participants trying out on November 1st and will close on November 1st for participants trying out on November 2nd.

• 14 and Under (13, 12, 11, 10, 9) - Saturday, November 2, 9:00am to 11:00am

a)    SRVA Membership Form
b)    Signed and Notarized USAV Medical waiver
c)    Copy of Child’s Birth Certificate (If first year with PLW)
d)    PLW Tryout Forms and Fee if did not complete Online Tryout Registration

SRVA Registration

a)    Register by going to the Southern Region Website, www.srva.org, click on Member Registration Tab, and follow the instructions to register as a Southern Region Member
b)    Sign and save/make copy of the signed membership form, and save your password
c)    Do NOT pay SRVA, membership fee is included in club fees
