WINTER CAMPS
Winter Advanced Hitting Camp will provide quality hitting instruction for all campers. Campers will be instructed in hitting drills and stations to improve power, consistency and all offensive skill sets.

Advance Hitting Description
• Evaluation of hitting mechanics
• Instruction of hitting mechanics, including barrel path, lower body mechanics, rhythm and timing.
• Swing analysis
• Drills to improve consistency, power and different parts of your swing
Catchers will need to bring their own set of catching gear, glove and tennis shoes
