Captains Softball Camps

2020 Lacey Waldrop Pitching Sessions

Sunday, January 12th
Ages 8 -  12
Session 1 (Mechanics & Velocity With Changeup Intro): 1:00 - 2:40 p.m.  |  $50
Ages 13 - 18
Session 1 (Mechanics & Velocity): 3:10 - 4:30 p.m.  |  $45
Session 2 (Movement Pitches & Changing Speeds): 5:00 - 6:20 p.m.  |  $45

Location:  We will be outdoors at Captains Park

Additional Information:

  • 5:1 player to instructor ratio
  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to check in
  • Bring appropriate equipment needed for pitching and you will not need to provide a catcher
  • Water provided
  • Current CNU pitchers will assist Lacey during each session
