2020 Defiance College Yellow Jacket Futsal Tournament
We are excited to announce the dates for the Defiance College Yellow Jacket Futsal Tournament:
The girls' tournament will be held on February 9, 2020.
Registration is open for all high school and high school age club teams.
The game of futsal is a fast paced 4v4 + keepers game that occurs on a hard surface, requiring technical ball mastery and allowing for spectacular tricks. It is one of three officially recognized FIFA games along with soccer and beach soccer - each with their own World Cup.

When registering as a team, your team captain/coach must first register your team, as each player can then register under your specific team name once your team has been registered. If your team is not registered first, then players from that team will not be able to register.

Tournament Rules and Reminders
If registering by mail, you will need to submit a waiver in order to play that is included in the registration form above. Please print the flyer off and complete the back side which reads "Official Team Roster and Waiver/Release of Liability". This can be mailed in to our athletic office before the tournament, or you can bring it with you the day of the tournament. There is a non-refundable $50 deposit when registering a team by mail.
Games: 11:00am-9:00pm. February 9, 2020
Age Division: High school and high school age club teams.
Team Registration: Early registration is $100 per team. This must be turned in by January 12. After this date, the regular price per team is $120. 6-8 team members are expected, with a maximum of 10 players per team. Nonrefundable $50 deposit when registering by mail.
Individual Registration: It is possible to register as an individual (price $10). You will be placed on a house team with other players who have signed up individually. If you would like to be put on the same team as a friend, please register at the same time and then contact Skylar Liming requesting to be placed on the same team together. This will be first come first serve, and we will place you together as best we can.
Games: Play 3 games + a potential championship game
