Winter Elite Camp is designed for the experienced field lacrosse player as well as goalies who are looking to improve their skills for the upcoming spring season.  Working directly with the Michigan women’s lacrosse coaching staff you will progress through the basic fundamentals, to high-level skills and concepts. Day one of camp will focus on an advanced progression of dodging and shooting, defensive footwork, and goalie specific training. Day two will be a continued emphasis on skill development with a progression to offensive motions, and defensive techniques and game play.

Campers will experience what it is like to work is a fast paced, high energy, elite environment at the premier athletics facility in the country.

• New for 2019 - Physical forms are NOT required for participation in camp. If you would like to have your physical reviewed, you may upload it to your account or bring it to check-in. If submitting a physical, please make sure it was completed by a doctor and dated within the past 12 months from the start of camp.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be given for any reason after 11:59pm on Tuesday, December 31st. A full refund minus the processing fee may be given prior to the December 31st deadline.
