Elite Training Tactics

This camp is designed for players who want to experience an everyday practice at the collegiate level. It is our goal to teach and implement techniques and systems used by the Tiger Volleyball team and the Tiger Volleyball Staff. Each athlete will receive the opportunity to see the Tiger Volleyball practice facility, film room, locker room, athletic training room, and team lounge.

Where is Camp?: Camp is located at the Larry O’ Finch Center. The Finch is located on the corner of Spottswood and Echles, on the University of Memphis’s campus. It is connected to the student rec building, but is a separate facility.

Where do I park?: Parking is located in front of the Finch Center, directly behind the campus walking bridge and parking garage.

What do I Bring?: All campers should bring their medical release form, a copy of an updated physical, athletic clothes (t shirt, spandex/shorts, knee pads, tennis shoes), and a water bottle if desired. We will provide water/Gatorade and cups for the athletes.

Will food be provided?: Unless otherwise notified, food will NOT be provided to campers.

We have specific medical needs, will someone be on site to help with that?: We have a certified athletic trainer who will be available to help with medical needs/emergencies. Each staff member is CPR certified as well.
 

Schedule:

9:30AM- Check in
10:00AM- Intros and warm up
10:15AM-11:00AM- Positional Training
11:05AM- Small group drills
12:00PM- Systems and live play application
12:45PM- Camp wrap up/Facilities tour
