2019 Shooting, Finishing & Goalkeeping Camp

The Shooting, Finishing & Goalkeeping Camp is a unique program that focuses on the most important aspect of the game; Goals! Not just scoring them but also saving them! This is not just for forwards and goalkeepers; it is for any player on the field who wants to improve their attacking skills. Small group sessions are set up to challenge individuals in repetitive game situations where attacking players need to excel: long distance shooting, combination play, 1 v 1's, turning and shooting in the box, crossing and finishing and striker movement. At the same time we will be putting our goalkeepers through sessions working on shot-stopping, extension dives, 1 v 1’s and distribution.

• Bring cleats, indoor shoes or tennis shoes and shin guards.
• Bring proper outdoor wear. Camp will take place either on the Drake Stadium or in the turfed Field House.
• Space is limited, so register early! Registration will close on November 30th OR when filled!!!

12:30 PM - 1:15 PM - Shooting Techniques / GK Techniques
1:15 PM – 2:00 PM - Shooting Games
2:00 PM - 2:15 PM - Break
2:15 PM   - 3:00 PM - Shooting Techniques / GK Techniques
3:00 PM   - 3:50 PM - Shooting Games
3:50 PM   - 4:00 PM - Closing Comments
