NIACC Baseball Camps
Arm Care & Pitching Camp
The NIACC Baseball Arm Care & Pitching Camps will train each pitcher in a way that maximizes his body to increase in power, core rotation, balance, connection, and overall athleticism and mobility. The focus of the camp is to teach pitchers how to prepare for the upcoming Spring/Summer season.
This camp designed for this time of year where pitchers are starting to prepare their bodies and arms for the season. We will emphasize building arm, core, and trunk strength and stability, functional mobility, and teach daily full body warm-up and arm recovery.
Campers will build a foundation for each participant to continue to develop velocity, arm health, and being a complete pitcher as he progresses through the levels of baseball. Video analysis of arm path, movement patterns, and daily throwing routines will be used to give instant feedback to each participant.
