Come dust off the winter rust at the Kent State Boys & Girls Spring Travel Soccer Tournament and get your travel team prepared for their spring outdoor season. Interested teams must be travel teams who are sanctioned with OYSAN or US Club Soccer and all players must have a valid player pass or birth certificate to play. Do not wait to register because tournament slots will be filled on a first come first served bases with 12 teams tournament field.
Each team will be guaranteed 3 games with a maximum of 4 games during the two-day event. U13 / U14 age groups will play a progressive tournament format with the top division leaders meeting for a championship game. Separate divisions for girls and boys, single age group divisions, but divisions may be combined depending upon entrants. Games will be played OUTSIDE in Dix Stadium turf field.
Location: Kent State Field House, 2227 Summit Street, Kent, Ohio 44240
Game Schedule: Please list any special scheduling request on your online registration form. This is event is played inside our Indoor Field House with out boards.
→ Saturday, March 21st games will start at 9:00 AM and run through 4:00 PM.
→ Sunday, March 22nd games will start at 9:00 AM and conclude by 4:00 PM.
U13 - U14 Boys & Girls: Will play 11v11 outdoors on a turf field at Dix Football Stadium, with lights for later games. Games will be 40 minutes in length with no half time. FIFA rules will apply however teams can sub on any throw-in, goal kick or kick off. Two ref system.
Please Note: This is an outdoor event and if weather conditions prohibit games from being played we will refund all teams their money back. If you have any special scheduling request please note this on your online registration.
Registration Deadline: Two weeks prior to event or until event age groups sell out.
Medical Release Form: Every participating player must print off and bring a completed KSU Medical Form.
