RETURNING RUNNERS XC CAMP
Runners should come prepared to run daily. Preparation for the fall season will be stressed. The emphasis is on training in every important area of distance running and racing.
Location: Camp will begin each morning in the rear of the DePaul Prep Gym and travel
What To Bring: Running shoes, a water bottle, athletic clothing appropriate for the weather
